Recently, Sinexcel active filters have been successfully accepted at the factory of Klöpfer Holzhandel, a famous German wood manufacturer brand, and have significantly improved the power quality situation.

Before the compensation, the current quality of this customer's grid was poor, with harmonic currents higher than 300A and THDi around 50%. After analyzing and judging the power quality of the site, we applied Sinexcel PRO model to control the harmonic currents, using

five 100A AHF modules, with a total capacity of 500A.

Sinexcel active filters are able to quickly detect the THDi status of the grid, and quickly compensate for THDi, and the THDi of the harmonic currents is less than 10%, which can realize the harmonic current of the grid. It realizes the compensation and purification of grid harmonics. At the same time, we also developed a German monitoring interface for the customer, easy for users to obtain information and operation.
