SINEXCEL and FastCharge.me Successfully Launch Their First EV Charging Project in the U.S.

Oakland, CA—SINEXCEL and FastCharge.me (FCME), a leading provider of American EV charging solutions, have successfully completed their first project under a strategic partnership. The installation of two 240kW DC chargers at a highway site in Oakland marks a major milestone in advancing the U.S. electric vehicle (EV) charging infrastructure. This collaboration underscores both companies' shared commitment to accelerating the nation’s transition to clean, sustainable energy.

A Leap Toward Sustainable Transportation

The newly deployed charging solution features the SINEXCEL SEC240 DC charger, a state-of-the-art, high-power integrated charger known for its innovative and modular design. Offering scalability and flexibility, the SEC240 charger is capable of meeting the diverse needs of the growing EV market. With rapid charging capabilities, the 240kW unit can typically provide a 185-mile driving range in just 15 minutes of charging. This makes it an ideal solution for high-demand scenarios such as highway rest stops, corporate workplaces, fleet operations, and heavy-duty vehicle applications.

“The station represents more than just the installation of chargers—it’s a testament to the collaboration between SINEXCEL’s cutting-edge charging solutions and FCME’s expertise in deployment and operations,” said Derek Leng, General Manager of SINEXCEL North America. “This successful deployment is a critical step toward meeting the growing demand for fast, accessible charging infrastructure across the U.S. Together, we are committed to delivering leading-edge solutions that will drive the EV revolution forward.”

Supporting Local and Communities Sustainability Goals

California has long been a leader in clean energy initiatives, and this partnership aligns with the state’s ambitious climate action strategy. By 2035, all new passenger cars and trucks in California are required to be zero-emission vehicles, with state-operated trucks and buses to transition to zero-emission non-petroleum fuels by 2045. These steps are part of California’s broader goal of creating a zero-emission transportation ecosystem.

Moshe Becker, CEO and Co-Founder of FCME emphasized the strategic importance of this new charging station during the ribbon-cutting ceremony held on November 12 on site:

“The successful and rapid launch of our first commercial EV charging station is just the beginning of our efforts to support U.S. sustainability goals, in close collaboration with SINEXCEL. By 2030, we plan to install 30,000 charging ports nationwide, creating a robust, accessible network of fast EV chargers. We look forward to continuing our partnership with SINEXCEL to accelerate EV infrastructure development and meet the growing demand for reliable, high-performance, and user-friendly charging solutions.”

Empowering Global Transition to Green Energy

As the global EV market continues to grow at an unprecedented rate, the need for scalable, reliable charging infrastructure has never been more urgent. The successful deployment of the Oakland charging project marks a key step in SINEXCEL and FCME’s shared mission to provide the infrastructure needed to support a zero-emission future.

Moving Forward

With this successful project in Oakland, SINEXCEL and FCME are poised to make a significant impact on the U.S. EV infrastructure market. The partnership is just the beginning of a broader effort to build a nationwide network of high-performance charging stations that will be pivotal in shaping the future of transportation.
