Any email address with a different domain is NOT an officially authorized SINEXCEL email address. It is hereby emphasized that any business activities or actions carried out through non-authorized email accounts, or by spoofing SINEXCEL’s official email accounts, are neither organized nor authorized by SINEXCEL. Such communications may carry risks concerning the authenticity of the information, and SINEXCEL shall bear no responsibility for them.

Recipients are urged to carefully verify the source of any information. If you receive any suspicious email—including but not limited to those sent by unauthorized third parties using stolen or falsified SINEXCEL accounts, or addresses that closely resemble our official domains (for example, replacing the letter “l” with the number “1”)—please confirm its authenticity through the official contact details published by SINEXCEL to avoid unnecessary losses.
