In-Mould Decoration (IMD) is a surface decoration technology ,which consists of three layers: a hardened transparent film on the surface, a printed pattern layer in the middle, and an injection-molded layer on the back. The use of this technology for the IZAR casing enhances its superiority in terms of wear resistance and heat resistance, etc. Simultaneously, in the manufacturing process, high precision and automated production can be achieved, significantly reducing raw material usage and improving production efficiency throughout the production steps and manufacturing processes.
