    Flexible matrix power switching
    With flexible matrix power switching technology, vehicle can charge with 100% accurate power requirement and the capacity of power bank can be 100% used. This is the highest operating efficiency.
    What is the flexible matrix power switching
  • 24*20kW power modules in the power bank are split into 12 sets, each set has 2 power modules with 40kW charging power. These 12 sets charging power can be dynamically allocated to user terminals and distribute power according to different charging needs.
  • The benifit of matrix power switching
  • In the different SOC periods, requirements of charging power are different. 40kW charging power as a unit to fulfill various charging needs and provide 100% accurate charging power at "maximum power". Multiple user terminals share one 480kW power bank whch makes high efficiency operation of EV charger and EV charger station.

    Higher power conversion efficiency to improve
    profitability of EVC station
    Power conversion
    Independent research and development of the power module, equiped with the third generation SiC MOSFET semiconductor with higher efficiency and three-level Vienna topology. The high perfomance of the device and the topology enable the peak efficieny of power module to reach 96.5%.
    System active efficiency optimization
    The distributed charger integrates the distribution system for control of 24pcs power modules in the power bank to ensure 50% load rate of power conversion module and 96% efficiency of the charging system. Compared with 95% efficiency, taking 6 vehicles charge with 80kW as an example, each 480kW EV charger can reduce energy loss of 5.26kWh per hour and is able to save 11519kWh electric energy every year for charging 6 hours a day.
